Business Settings

Your business name and the day and time your weekly score summary lands in your inbox.

In your app: /settings/

Business settings is where you see the identity your Retriever Score workspace is built around - the business name, website, and headquarters city - and where you choose when your weekly email update arrives. It's a short screen with just one thing to configure.

What's on this screen

Business details

The top rows show three pieces of your business identity: your Business name, your Website, and your Headquarters city. These are the values Retriever Score uses across all nine score screens to identify your business and anchor your local market data.

These fields are read-only - they are set when you first create your account and can only be changed by contacting support. If something is wrong here, reach out and we will fix it for you.

Weekly email update

Below the identity rows is the Weekly email update box. This controls when Retriever Score sends your weekly score summary - a short email that tells you how your overall score moved, which areas changed the most, and what to pay attention to this week.

Use the two drop-downs to pick a day of the week and a time of day that fits your routine - many owners pick early Monday morning so the week's priorities are front of mind. The time follows your headquarters city's time zone.

When you are happy with the day and time, click Save. The button becomes active only after you change one of the two drop-downs; once saved, it shows a brief "Saved" confirmation.

Business settings vs. your profile

It is worth knowing what this screen changes - and what it does not.

  • Business settings (this screen) is about your business: the name, website, and city that appear across the app, and the email schedule for this workspace.
  • Your profile is about you, the person signing in: your display name, your sign-in email address, and the light or dark appearance of the app.

You reach Business settings from the avatar menu in the top-right corner of the app (click your initials, then "Settings"). Your profile is a separate option in the same menu.

Need to change your business name? The business name, website, and headquarters city cannot be edited directly - they are locked to protect your score data. Contact our support team and we will update them for you.
