Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and we never ask for a credit card up front. You get full access from day one. If Retriever Score is not a fit, simply walk away - there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.

Near the end of your trial we remind you and ask whether you want to continue. To keep your monitoring running, pick a plan and add a payment method. If you do nothing, monitoring pauses and you are never charged - your scores and history are saved in case you come back.

A location is one physical place of business (or one service-area hub) with its own local search footprint. Each location gets its own keyword tracking, local map heatmap, review monitoring, and scores. If you run one shop, you need one location.

Every location on your subscription bills at the same per-location rate, and that rate drops as you add locations - your first location included. On Core, a single location is $99/mo, 2 locations are $80/mo per location, and the rate keeps sliding until it reaches $50/mo per location at 100 locations - exactly $5,000/mo. Annual plans cost 10x the monthly price for 12 months of service, so you get 2 months free. The same discount applies to additional locations. You are billed once per year up front, and you can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancel in a couple of clicks from your account settings, and your plan stays active through the end of the billing period you already paid for.

Just your website address (or your Facebook page if you do not have a website) and your headquarters zip code. No business name, no Google Business Profile connection, and no access to any of your accounts - Retriever Score works entirely from public data.

Google reviews. For local businesses, Google is where the vast majority of customers read and leave reviews, and your Google reviews directly influence your map pack rankings. We check your Google reviews on a regular cadence - weekly on Core, every three days on Growth, and daily on Pro - and flag new low ratings so you can respond fast.
